- Depuis 1999 près de 200 artistes amateurs se sont relayés pour partager et construire l'aventure de la Cie La Batook. Ils ont de 17 à 50 ans, restent 6 mois ou deviennent des piliers, sont enseignants, artistes, étudiants, chômeurs ou cadres.
De la réunion éphémère du premier groupe de musiciens est née une association qui propose les spectacles d'une compagnie amateur, des formations en percussions brésiliennes pour adultes et enfants et des événements festifs.
